CEO asks employees' help to fight proposed budget cuts
Governor Malloy has proposed massive cuts that are devastating to Yale-New Haven and all Connecticut hospitals. In December, the Governor cut $20.5 million and could potentially cut an additional $125 million, or more, from Yale-New Haven Hospital alone. Yale-New Haven Hospital is a vital part of Connecticut health and human services safety net that affects patients, employees and every community in the state. To continue our mission to care for Connecticut families, we need your help.
Please contact your state legislators. Go to the Connecticut Hospital Association Action Center, where you will find information that will help you send letters to your elected representatives in Hartford asking them to put a stop to these damaging cuts.
Your help is crucial and time is of the essence. Thank you for your support.
