Since 1982, Yale-New Haven Heart and Vascular Center has consistently been on the cutting edge of new angioplasty techniques including rotational atherectomies, intracoronary stenting and gamma radiation trials. At Yale-New Haven Heart and Vascular Center, same-day heart catheterization and angioplasty have become standard operating procedure.
