Noninvasive Vascular Imaging

vascular imaging

Non-invasive vascular imaging at Yale-New Haven Hospital is performed in a dedicated vascular ultrasound laboratory that is integrated with the outpatient vascular surgery clinic. Testing here is used to understand complex anatomic and functional relationships in the circulatory system.

The Cardiac CT and MRI programs are accredited by the American College of Radiology. The Cardiology PET Imaging program and Nuclear Cardiology Lab were both accredited in 2008 by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Nuclear Medicine Laboratories (ICANL). These accreditations mean that the Yale-New Haven Hospital programs meet or exceed strict standards for quality, safety and accuracy.
