Compensation

  • Hiring bonus: $4,000 (full time); $2,000 (part time).
  • Extra weekend bonus up to $1,500
  • Special incentive programs for Resource Support Unit/Float Pool
  • New per diem rates (16 hours per week). Earn up to $51.65/hour for our General Medicine/Surgery & Intensive Care/Emergency Dept. Float Pools
  • Special differentials depending on assignment
