Employee and Family Resources Program
Yale-New Haven Hospital offers free, prompt, professional problem assessment, grief counseling and/or referral to other resources for ongoing help for employees and their immediate family. These services are provided through the YNHHS Employee and Family Resources Program.
Yale University also offers its employees a range of counseling and support services.
The GME Office has established a dedicated, 24-hour hotline through which residents and fellows can communicate workplace and personal concerns and issues. Calls to the hotline go directly to voicemail, and all messages are strictly anonymous unless the caller requests a response by providing contact information. Regardless, all messages are transcribed and delivered to Dr. Rosemarie Fisher, GME Director.
