Office of Health Care Access to hold public hearing about YNHH acquisition of HSR

The State of Connecticut Department of Public Health’s Office of Health Care Access will hold a public hearing on the proposal for Yale-New Haven Hospital’s acquisition of the Saint Raphael Healthcare System, Inc. and the Hospital of Saint Raphael.

Yale-New Haven Hospital is a nationally recognized, 1,541-bed, not-for-profit hospital serving as the primary teaching hospital for the Yale School of Medicine.
