Have a safe summer!

Keep fun in your summer and stay healthy and injury-free with these activities:

• Seek shelter during lightning storms.
• Use insect repellents.
• Make a first aid kit for the car with your parents.
• Make sure you always wear a helmet while biking, skateboarding or rollerblading.
• Every time you ride in the car, wear your seat belt.
• Remember to protect your skin from the sun. Use sunblock. Put it on again after swimming.
• Follow safe swimming rules. Swim with a buddy. Do not dive into shallow water. No running or pushing around pools.
• Use caution around hot grills.
• Never play with firecrackers.
