U.S. News & World Report Lists Yale-New Haven among America's Best Hospitals
Yale-New Haven Hospital is listed among the nation's top hospitals in the 1998 ranking of America's Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report.
Yale-New Haven was listed in seven of the 16 specialties as having one of the highest quality clinical programs in the nation, based on an evaluation of medical data and reputation, according to U.S. News & World Report in its July 21 edition. YNHH was cited for its programs in gastroenterology, geriatrics, gynecology, neurology and neurosurgery, psychiatry, pulmonary disease and urology.
Yale-New Haven is the only hospital in Connecticut listed in the U.S. News ranking.
