Oncology Medication Assistance Program

Patients with cancer face many challenges: physical, emotional and financial. The Smilow Oncology Medication Assistance Program helps patients that are uninsured, underinsured, self pay, experiencing high co-pays or have no prescription coverage for their chemotherapy and cancer care medications.

This program helps patients navigate the pharmaceutical companies assistance and co-pay programs, along with patient advocacy organizations. Options can also include the use of the hospital's Prescription Assistance (340B) Program. A team approach includes working with patient account representatives, physicians, pharmacist, nurses and social workers.
