Support Groups & Social Work

At Yale-New Haven Hospital, our commitment to provide comprehensive, compassionate care extends beyond the physician's office. Licensed, experienced social workers are available to help you and your family cope with illness, discuss your concerns and connect you to a variety of hospital and community resources.

We also offer free support groups for patients and their caregivers or loved ones. Meeting times and locations are subject to change, so call the numbers provided ahead of time to get the most current information.
