You can pick up a hard copy of the Hospital Map/Pamphlet at the Information desks at the Main Hospital (Chapel Street) entrance and the George Street garage entrance, the Security entrance at 330 Orchard Street (Orchard Medical Building), and the Cronin Crossing overpass entrance from the Orchard Street garage.

Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael Campus has some services and amenities in place for your comfort, and as a visitor you also have responsibilities to the patient and the other people on their floor.
The department of Patient Relations provides ways for patients and their families to receive explanations, get reassurance or address legitimate complaints.
The Apothecary & Wellness Center (outpatient pharmacy) provides services to clinic patients and employees. All walk-ins and general public are welcome.
