Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael Campus Department of Patient Relations strives to strengthen, personalize and enhance the relationship among patients, their families and the hospital. The department provides ways for patients and their families to receive explanations, get reassurance or address legitimate complaints.

If you have any medical concerns, contact your doctor or nurse immediately.
