Concierge Pharmacy Service

Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael Campus now coordinates outpatient medications at the bedside. Our Pharmacy Service will fill your prescription on discharge, giving you one less stop to make on your road to recovery. If you are eligible for Concierge Pharmacy Service, a member of the Pharmacy staff will
come to your room during your hospital stay to:

  • Coordinate your medication needs
  • Expedite your immediate prescription needs
  • Coordinate your payment, if applicable (cash, checks or all major credit cards accepted)

Simply contact your nurse during your hospital stay to begin the process.
