Visitors Guide

Visitors can play an important role in providing comfort to their loved one during a hospital stay. Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael Campus has some services and amenities in place for your comfort, and as a visitor you also have responsibilities to the patient and the other people on their floor.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Some specialty units have policies that differ; check with a member of the patient's care team for more information.

Children

Children are welcome during visiting hours. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by a non-patient adult who is at least 18 years old and are expected to remain with the adult who is supervising them. Children between the ages of 14 and 16 may visit unaccompanied by an adult with prior permission from the charge nurse or a designee.
