Based on the latest research on addiction and behavior change, the course is a medically sound program that addresses the difficulties of quitting in a sensitive, encouraging manner. In a small group setting, participants get personalized attention and the support of their peers as they learn:
- Coping strategies
- How to make positive behavioral changes
- How to become a non-smoker for good
Delivered over eight sessions, the course include lectures, group discussions and skills practices.
