All Heart Club (Cardiac Rehabilitation Support)
The All Heart Club of Greater New Haven, an educational support group, provides ongoing educational support to people with heart problems and their spouses or families. The club meets on the second Thursday of most months, 6 to 8 pm, at Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael campuss. Membership is open to anyone; there is a nominal membership fee. Bereavement Support Group
Bereavement support programs are intended as a source of strength and hope for adults coping with bereavement following the death of a loved one. Seminars and support groups offer unique healing benefits, different from those offered in individual psychotherapy. All are welcome, regardless of religious affiliation or belief system. Bereavement programs and services are offered free-of-charge. Dates and times of these programs vary throughout the year.
