Visitors and family members can enjoy a meal at any of the hospital's cafeterias. Each features a wide variety of tasty, healthy options and can accommodate special dietary needs.

"At Your Request" Room Service
With our popular "At Your Request" room service, you can place orders from a restaurant-style menu over the phone and have them delivered directly to a patient's room. Your cooked-to-order meal should arrive within 45 minutes.
Special requests for food allergies/intolerances and kosher or vegetarian diets are available.
To place an order, call 203.688.MEAL (6325) between 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Recommended meal times are:
- Breakfast: 7:30-9:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m
- Dinner: 4-6 p.m.
Vending Machines
Hot and cold beverages, snacks and light food offerings are available 24 hours a day in our vending machines. They are located at the exit of the East Pavilion Cafeteria.
Meal Cards
Visitors can purchase an Ideal Dining Cashless Meal Card at the Ideal Dining Kiosk in the East Pavilion Cafeteria or at the New Haven Pavilion Cafeteria.
The Cashless Meal Card gets you a 15% discount in all of our cafeterias. It can also be used at designated vending machines and to order Guest Room Service Dining to a patient's room.
