Labor & Birth History Poem
There once was a floor called 3-West.
Our rooms were only the best:
No bathrooms, no monitors too-
We listened to heart tones with only our ears.
We used delivery rooms six and five-
This was good enough for 30 years time.
But by '82 we looked old without a doubt.
So we renovated and "3-5" we became-
Labor rooms were never the same.
The request was "the birth room only for me" -
Our monitors were central and easy to see.
But despite all this and even bears on the walls-
The consumers still cried-
We want more, we want more.
So off to CH-4, again here we go-
With requests for the ocean view, this I just know.
But when it's all said and done and the Move '93 complete-
No matter where we all work,
Our care can't be beat
