Portable Pediatric Heart Monitors
Gives pediatric patients the opportunity to rest at home in between surgeries while still being closely monitored.
A Little Help From Friends
Provides small grants to families for basic and emergent Children's Emergency Fund needs as a result of circumstances related to their child's hospitalization. Requests are facilitated through social work and care coordination.
Family Connections Program
Provides vital assistance accessing hospital, state, and community resources to families who find themselves overwhelmed by their child’s sudden or chronic illness.
