The staff at the Craniofacial Center will work with families to coordinate care whether direct services are provided at YNHCH or at other facilities in the community. Making a referral
Families, primary care physicians or specialty services may refer children to YNHCH's Craniofacial Center by calling 203.737.2049.
Initial contact with our program may begin as:
- A prenatal consultation
- Consultation during the newbord period while the infant and family are still in the hospital
- A scheduled office visit
