Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital offers numerous options to pay for inpatient and outpatient services, which will be explained by a patient account representative prior to treatment and/or admission to the hospital, if that is deemed necessary. Your representative can answer questions about billing, payment options, insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, and financial assistance programs.

If at any time, however, you have questions about our payment policies, including your bill, call 203.688.2030, Mon. - Fri., from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If you have billing concerns, please have the patient's name, account number listed on the bill or the patient's Social Security number ready when you call.
