Child Life Internship Program
The Child Life Internship Program at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital provides individuals with the clinical and professional experiences required to enter the field of Child Life. At the end of the 16-week, 600-hour internship, the individual will be eligible to sit for the Child Life certification exam.

Clinical Pastoral Education Program
Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is professional education for interfaith spiritual care giving and religious leadership. It brings participants of all faiths (seminarians, pastors, priests, rabbis, imams and lay persons) into supervised ministry with individuals in crisis.

Diagnostic Imaging Programs
Yale-New Haven Hospital offers clinical training and didactic education through its own School of Diagnostic Ultrasound. A 14-month General Sonography program or a 12-month Adult Echocardiography program are available. The programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHEP) and a certificate is rewarded at the completion of the program. Learning concentrations are offered in Vascular Sonography and Pediatric Echocardiography as well.

Yale New Haven Hospital operates the New Haven Sponsor Hospital Program which, in addition to providing medical direction for the EMS system in Greater New Haven, also provides a number of emergency medical services education programs.

YNHH 2016 Student Nurse Service Learning Program
The YNHH Summer 2016 Student Nurse Service Learning Program is an unpaid volunteer program designed for BSN student nurses who are currently enrolled in an accredited School/Department of Nursing. To participate, the student nurse applicant will have successfully completed the Fundamentals of Nursing core curriculum and be a member of the class of 2017.
