This support group, accessible through Zoom platform, is to provide a supportive forum for people to discuss dealing with a heart condition and learn stress management skills. It is led by a licensed social worker and available for Heart and Vascular Center patients seen at Yale Physicians Building, 800 Howard Ave. This includes patients with heart failure, aortic aneurysm and those who will or have had cardiac surgery.
