Y Access Transfer CenterY Access Transfer Center offers a streamlined patient transfer service that ensures efficient admission to a Yale New Haven Health hospital. With one call to 888-YNHH-BED, referring physicians can arrange an immediate acceptance for transfer.
SkyHealthSkyHealth is a joint venture between Yale New Haven Health and Northwell Health and includes two aircraft, with one stationed in Connecticut. Air transportation is provided in partnership with Med-Trans Corporation. Call Y Access Transfer Center at 888-YNHH-BED to activate SkyHealth.
