With our popular room service, you can place orders from a restaurant-style menu over the phone and have them delivered directly to a patient's room. Your cooked-to-order meal should arrive within 45 minutes.
Special requests for food allergies/intolerances and kosher or vegetarian diets are available.

Hot and cold beverages, snacks and light food offerings are available 24 hours a day in our vending machines. They are located at the exit of the East Pavilion Cafeteria.
Visitors and family members can enjoy a meal at any of the hospital's cafeterias. Each features a wide variety of tasty, healthy options and can accommodate special dietary needs.

Pre-paid cafeteria cards: Visitors can buy an Ideal Dining cashless meal card at the Card Value Center in the East Pavilion Cafeteria or New Haven Pavilion Cafeteria. This card gives a 15 percent discount in all cafeterias and can be used in designated vending machines, as well as by family members or visitors who order guest room service dining in the patient’s room.

Pre-paid cafeteria cards: Visitors to the Saint Raphael Campus may purchase convenient, pre-paid cards that can be used for any cafeteria. Customers may put $10 and up on each card and may add money to the card at any Saint Raphael Campus register. Cards are available at cafeteria cash registers.
