Yale New Haven Health made some substantial enhancements to the employee benefits that took effect Jan. 1, and HRConnect is a great resource for more information about those changes and other benefits topics.

Employees are encouraged to visit the HRConnect intranet site for details about health benefits, tuition, FMLA, retirement and other benefits. The site also includes information on workers’ compensation, payroll and talent acquisition, along with links to wellness and resiliency programs and special sections for new hires and managers.

Employees who still have questions may submit them by clicking “Ask HRConnect and View My Cases.” An HRConnect associate will respond within 24 hours. Alternatively, employees may call 844-543-2147 (844-543-21HR) 7:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday to speak to an HRConnect associate.

HRConnect staff are all YNHHS employees and can look up information specific to the employee making the inquiry and delivery network he or she works for.
