YNHH names Magnet Nurse of the Year

Congratulations to Michele Santoro, RN, Heart and Vascular Center, North Haven, who was recently named the 2022 Yale New Haven Hospital Magnet^® Nurse of the Year. Santoro was honored for exemplary professional practice and her drive for safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. She has made significant contributions to nursing at the local and global levels, particularly improvements in cardiac monitoring. Santoro is now YNHH’s nominee for National Magnet Nurse of the Year.
