On Aug. 9, eight Yale New Haven Hospital employees graduated from the School at Work (SAW) program. This year’s graduates also took the Hartman Value Profile assessment, which measures a person’s thinking style, and worked with an organizational development consultant to review results and determine next steps toward their goals.
