Bridgeport Hospital names new president
Anne Diamond, JD, has been named president of Bridgeport Hospital, after an extensive national search.

Borgstrom, CEO, Yale New Haven Health. “She has an intimate familiarity with the evolving healthcare environment in Connecticut and a strong track record of forging lasting and strategic relationships with physicians and the broader community.”
For the past two years, Diamond has served as president of Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam. Previously, she spent seven years at UConn Health’s John Dempsey Hospital, four as CEO. She began her healthcare career as a nuclear medicine technologist at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Diamond holds an executive juris doctor degree with a concentration in health law from Concord School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Cedar Crest College.
