Ann Figoras, RN, BSN, has been named patient service manager, Shoreline Medical Center Emergency Department. In addition to serving as PSM, she will oversee the Sponsor Hospital Program and all associated operational activities at the Shoreline ED. She joined Yale New Haven Hospital in 2011 and held clinical nurse and management positions at the Saint Raphael and York Street campuses before serving most recently as the Shoreline ED assistant patient service manager. Figoras earned her BSN from Southern Connecticut State University and is completing her MSN at Sacred Heart University.
