Introducing Supply Chain Management

The Corporate Supply Chain department has launched Supply Chain University (SCU), which offers Yale New Haven Health System employees easy access to information on procure to pay topics such as strategic sourcing, procurement, analytics, materials management, clinical materials management, clinical value analysis and accounts payable.

Available on the Corporate Supply Chain site on the YNHHS employee intranet, the SCU includes links to all Supply Chain/Procure to Pay resources, including but not limited to: Lawson Multi-Company, Key Survey, AP Check Request, StrataJazz, Daily Requisition Report, new vendor setup, OfficeMax, freight management, WorkFlowOne, SharePoint and Automated Implantable Device Procurement.

Employees may use the SCU to register online for training classes that are provided once a month at Bridgeport and Greenwich hospitals, and 300 George St., New Haven. Courses are customized for each distribution network.

To visit the SCU, go to the intranet landing page for YNHHS or any delivery network, click Departments at the top and choose Supply Chain Management/ Procure to Pay from the list.
