At our Center for Musculoskeletal Care, interdisciplinary outpatient services are offered for conditions that impair the muscles, joints, bones and nervous system. Coordinated care and innovative therapies are offered for a wide range of conditions, from joint replacement to pain management, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, spinal deformity, running injuries, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.

Initial consultation, medical and post-surgical care, rehabilitation, psychosocial care and personalized follow-up care will be accessible in one convenient outpatient location.

Through the Center for Musculoskeletal Care, patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.  A personal care team can include Yale Medicine physician specialists in orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatry), along with nurses, physician’s assistants and care navigators. Integrated services at the Center include advanced diagnostic imaging, blood draw/testing and state-of-the-art physical and occupational therapy.
