Maternal Wellness Program

Pregnancy can be a time of great excitement, anticipation and joy. It can also be overwhelming as you adjust to your new role, make parenting decisions and feel exhausted. The Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) Maternal Wellness Program is here to help you sort through these emotions and stressors. Our program’s licensed clinical social worker will provide you with support through your journey as a mother, to find relief from stress and any symptoms of perinatal mood, and anxiety disorders (PMAD) that may be present.
