Research and Clinical Trials

As part of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), members of the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Program work cooperatively with other academic health centers to conduct large-scale investigations. Our participation in clinical trials and research help to assure our patients have access to the newest and best treatments available.

Among the top hospitals in the country for pediatric cancer Yale New Haven Children's Hospital is ranked among the best in the nation in seven pediatric specialties, including pediatric cancer (#50). The results appeared in the 2020-21 edition of "Best Children's Hospitals," published online by U.S. News & World Report.
