Dr. Glenn S. Russo practices as a spine specialist at Connecticut Orthopaedics. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College in Easton, MA as well as a Master’s Degree in Medical Science from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to graduate from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He then performed his post-graduate training in orthopaedic surgery at the Yale University School of Medicine where he was selected for membership into the American Orthopaedic Association Emerging Leaders Forum. Afterwards, Dr. Russo completed his fellowship in Spinal Surgery at the renowned Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Russo has particular expertise in adult and pediatric spinal disorders, minimally-invasive spinal surgery, complex scoliosis and spinal deformity, and spinal trauma
