Specialized Programs

Our practice partners with other multidisciplinary programs at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital. These programs include:

Aerodigestive and Feeding Disorders Program

Our Aerodigestive and Feeding Disorders Program provides comprehensive care for airway, breathing, feeding and swallowing disorders caused by problems of the aerodigestive tract. The team is comprised of otolaryngologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, nutritionists and speech language pathologists.

Speech and Swallow Center

Our Speech and Swallow Center accommodates children with all forms of communication disorders including speech, language, voice fluency and swallowing disorders.

Craniofacial Program

Our Craniofacial Program includes a comprehensive group of expert providers such as, a plastic surgeon, otolaryngologist, dental surgeon, orthodontists, neurosurgeon, as well as speech and swallow pathologists. These specialists provide a team approach to the diagnosis and treatment of children with congenital defects or traumatic injuries to the head and neck.

Trisomy 21 Program

Our skilled providers partner with pediatricians, geneticists, cardiologists and developmental specialists in our Trisomy 21 Program. We provide a team approach to common, as well as rare Trisomy 21 manifestations including hearing loss, ear infections, obstructive sleep apnea and other disorders of the head and neck.

Vascular Anomalies and Malformation Program

This specialized program focuses on the management of the full range of vascular anomalies, including hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Our expert team includes pediatric specialties such as plastic surgery, otolaryngology, dermatology, interventional radiology, vascular surgery and genetics.
