Parkinson's care partners are invited to join us monthly for a supportive culinary experience that blends cooking, connection, and self-care. Through hands-on recipes and meaningful discussion, participants will discover practical ways to reduce stress, nourish their well-being, and build healthy habits that support them in their caregiving journey. This program is supported by a Community Grant from the Parkinson's Foundation, made possible thanks to the generosity of the estate of Stanley and Gloria Brams.
