The TakeHeart Cardiovascular Health Center is a comprehensive outpatient program designed to help people maintain their heart health. We meet the needs of people of all ages at risk for heart disease or those who have already developed heart disease by offering a wide variety of services designed to optimize a heart patient's physical, psychological and social function in addition to stabilizing, slowing or even reversing the progression of their disease.
The most common cause of death in America for men and women is heart disease. As America's population ages and the epidemics of obesity and diabetes take their toll on millions of hearts and blood vessels, cardiovascular disease is expected to increase. The good news is that the TakeHeart Cardiovascular Health Center is committed to helping people who wish to be proactive in maintaining their heart health.
