U.S. News & World Report once again recognizes Yale New Haven Hospital

Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) continues to rank among the top U.S. hospitals, according to U.S. News & World Report's annual "America's Best Hospitals." Of the nearly 5,000 hospitals surveyed, YNHH ranks nationally in 11 of 16 specialties.

Diabetes and endocrinology rank in the nation's top 10 at #7, while psychiatry is at #11, gastroenterology and GI surgery at #17 and gynecology at #18. Yale New Haven Hospital is the only Connecticut hospital to be ranked nationally by U.S. News & World Report.

In addition, Yale New Haven is ranked among the best nationally in seven other medical specialties: cancer, cardiology and heart surgery, ear, nose and throat, geriatrics, nephrology, pulmonology and urology.
