Top 10 Nonprofit Companies for Executive Women for 2018 by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). This award recognizes organizations that identify and advance women through their ranks. The announcement will be featured in the April/May issue of
Working Mother and on
workingmother.com.

The NAFE Top 10 Nonprofit Companies for 2018 are: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina, Bon Secours Virginia Health System, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey, Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, Scripps Health, TriHealth, WellStar Health System and Yale New Haven Hospital.

The 2018 NAFE Top Companies application includes approximately 200 questions on female representation at all levels, concentrating on high-level women. The vetting process includes tracking access and usage of programs and policies that promote the advancement of women as well as the training and accountability of managers in relation to the number of women who advance.
