David Salomon, DDS, FACS

Dr. Salomon is board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who practices a broad scope of the specialty, with interests including IV anesthesia, dental implants, reconstructive and orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial pathology and trauma, TMJ, and trigeminal nerve repair.

Dr. Salomon is a Clinical Instructor of Surgery within the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department where he teaches and oversees residents both in clinical and didactic settings. Dr. Salomon has been involved in various research projects, presented at both local and national meetings, as well as authored and reviewed several peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Salomon has brought multiple new maxillofacial treatment options to the southern Connecticut area, including trigeminal nerve repair, facial bone reconstruction utilizing in-situ tissue engineering technology, and the first surgeon to perform zygomatic implants in the Yale health system.
