    Biography - Jean Pavlakis, MD

    Jean Pavlakis, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, enjoys building relationships with her patients, focusing on preventive medicine and acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Pavlakis emphasizes patient well-being in all patient encounters, a skill that awarded her the wellness committee chair of her residency program.

    Dr. Pavlakis earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. She completed the Nuvance Health family medicine residency program at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York. In addition to being the wellness committee chair of her residency program, she was also the associate chief resident. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her family and friends. She is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
