Biography - Jeannette Chinchilla, MD

Jeannette Chinchilla, MD, a board-certified pediatrician, is known for her compassionate approach and clear, thoughtful communication. She takes the time to listen, explain, and partner with families to create a comfortable, trusting environment where both patients and parents feel confident and cared for.

Dr. Chinchilla earned her medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas (UCIMED) de Centro América in San Jose, Costa Rica. She completed her residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine’s Pediatrics primary care program and her fellowship in child development at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Chinchilla is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) and is fluent in English and Spanish.
