Simon Onderi, MD

Simon Onderi, MD, is an emergency radiologist who specializes in the rapid diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions using a variety of advanced imaging techniques. He focuses on identifying critical issues such as fractures, internal bleeding, and organ damage through advanced imaging procedures like X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.

As an assistant professor of radiology and biomedical imaging at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Onderi works to refine imaging approaches that help clinicians diagnose acute conditions more precisely. He aims to advance protocols that support swift and accurate care for patients in critical settings.

Dr. Onderi received his medical training from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at Winthrop University Hospital.
