William Stallings, DPM

William (Will) Stallings, DPM, is a board-qualified podiatric foot and ankle surgeon specializing in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine and limb salvage. Drawing on his experience as a former Division I student-athlete and advanced surgical training, he brings a unique understanding of injury, recovery, and performance to patient care. Dr. Stallings believes treatment should be tailored to each individual, whether through conservative management or surgical intervention, and works closely with patients to help them regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. In addition to his clinical practice, he has presented research at national conferences and remains actively involved in resident education and mentorship.

Dr. Stallings earned his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating cum laude and among the top five students in his class. He went on to complete his residency in podiatric foot and ankle surgery at the Yale School of Medicine, where he received the residency excellence award twice in recognition of his dedication to patient care and leadership. He is committed to resident education and mentorship, continuing his involvement with the Yale Podiatric Surgery Residency Program in recruitment and training the next generation of foot and ankle surgeons. Prior to medical school, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College, where he competed as a Division I track and field athlete, serving as a four-year team captain while achieving both academic and athletic distinction.
