Heart transplantation services at Yale New Haven Hospital offers comprehensive evaluation, management and treatment for patients with heart failure.

Through our heart failure program, patients have access to full-spectrum life-saving heart care, ranging from the least-invasive drug therapies to advanced surgery, including transplant. We are proud to be the only hospital in Connecticut offering pediatric heart transplants.
