Seven Yale New Haven Children’s subspecialties achieve national recognition from U.S. News & World Report

New Haven, CT (June 16, 2020) – Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital (YNHCH), the top-ranked children’s hospital in Connecticut, has been selected among the best children’s hospitals in the nation for seven out of ten pediatric subspecialties in the 2020-21 Best Children’s Hospitals rankings, published online today by U.S. News & World Report.

Yale New Haven Hospital has reported the first cases of Pediatric Multi-System Inflammatory Syndrome

New Haven, CT (May 11, 2020) – Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital (YNHCH) has reported Connecticut’s first cases of Pediatric Multi-System Inflammatory Syndrome. YNHCH currently has three patients diagnosed with the Syndrome believed to be tied to COVID-19. The Hospital has reported all three cases to the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
