Better Breathers Think Sepsis-Greenwich

The "Think Sepsis" community education campaign is designed to increase public awareness of sepsis, a life-threatening medical emergency caused by the body's overwhelming response to an infection. The initiative focuses on teaching people to recognize the signs and symptoms early, such as confusion, shortness of breath, high heart rate, or extreme pain, and to seek immediate medical attention. By promoting prompt recognition and intervention, the campaign aims to reduce preventable deaths and disabilities from sepsis, empowering individuals and families to act fast when an infection is not improving or is getting worse
