Weather Alert: Closings and Delayed Openings at Outpatient Clinics

January 12, 2011, 8:00 a.m.

The following Yale New Haven Hospital outpatient clinics are affected by today's weather:

The Primary Care Clinics located on Howard Avenue (Adult, Pediatrics, Women's Center, Nathan Smith) have delayed openings until 12 noon.

The Children's Hospital Pediatric Specialty Center Clinic sites will be closed today. These clinics include the Pediatric Specialty Centers in the Children's Hospital and at Long Wharf; the pediatric hematology/oncology clinics in Smilow Cancer Hospital and Guilford; and non-emergent pediatric phlebotomy, ECG and pulmonary function test services.

All other operations at Yale New Haven Hospital are normal. The adult and pediatric emergency departments in New Haven and Guilford remain open.
