Ever since the first waves of COVID-19 ended in late 2021, Yale New Haven Hospital has set and broken records for patient volume a number of times.

“I don’t like needles,” is one of the most popular statements phlebotomists are greeted with. While they hear it frequently, Yale New Haven Hospital phlebotomists understand and are respectful of each patient’s concerns and anxieties.

Yale New Haven Hospital’s Nursing leadership and Nursing Professional Governance representatives gathered Jan. 10 for their annual meeting, themed “Nurses Reimagining the Future.” 

Yale New Haven Health leaders and staff celebrated the opening of the new Transportation Logistics Hub with a ribbon-cutting Jan. 22.
